Due to the Pandemic, our warehouse is taking extra precaution when shipping all orders. This may cause some additional delays with your order. There are a handful of countries that we do not currently ship to due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. You can find this list in the shipping section of our FAQs.
What is your product return policy?
We want you to love your purchase from Shani Darden Skin Care. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product and it’s eligible for return, you can start your return request within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Please note that all skin care devices, international orders and products where more than half of the product has been used are not eligible for return.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your tracking information is not showing any movement or updates, please reach out to us at email@example.com. Please note in periods of high order volume your order may experience additional delays; this does not necessarily mean your package is lost.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged or if a product is leaking, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please send your order number and photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE SKIN CARE DEVICES ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Devices including the Déesse Pro LED mask, Nuface Trinity Pro, Lightstim for Acne or Wrinkles, Nion Opus Luxe and Dew & Go Microneedling Stamp are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.
WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
Depending on where you live in the world, your package may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the local customs office. These fees are not included in the original transaction as Shani Darden Skin Care does not control these fees nor can we predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your country’s fees, duties and taxes and when they may apply. Shani Darden Skin Care is not responsible for customs fees.
WHAT ARE YOUR FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS?
Free Ground Shipping (7-10 Business Days) will be applied towards purchases totaling an aggregate of at least $100, without accounting for any shipping and handling costs. To redeem this offer, customers must have added products to their cart with a subtotal of $100 or more before checking out. Offer is valid in the continental United States only, for orders placed at Shanidarden.com before 12/31/20, at 11:59 P.M., Pacific Standard Time. Offer is NOT valid on international orders. Offer may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Offer is void where prohibited by applicable law. “Ground Shipping” refers to 7-10 business days shipping offered by USPS, Federal Express or other express common carrier of Shani Darden’s choosing. “7-10 Business Days" DOES NOT refer to the time it takes for Shani Darden to process an order and/or deliver it to the carrier for shipment. Shani Darden reserves the right to cancel any promotion or offer, at any time and for any reason.
