How to use
Daily Dark Spot Diminishers
For use in AM: After cleanser, gently pat 3-4 drops of iS Clinical Pro-Heal Advance+ into dry face and neck, using upward circular motions to smooth into skin. Follow with Supergoop Play Everyday SPF 50 Lotion liberally before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or after 80 minutes in the water.
For use in PM: After cleanser and toner, smooth 2-3 pumps of Retinol Reform onto dry face and neck. Start with 1-2 times per week and add a night each week to build tolerance. Using your ring finger, gently tap into the under-eye area. Do not use other AHA products on the same night. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.

Using both Retinol Reform and Pro Heal in my routine has truly transformed my skin. It took my sensitive skin awhile to adjust to Retinol Reform (I love it but had to use 1x per week for awhile), but the results have been excellent. Pro Heal is the only Vitamin C Serum I have ever used that didn't break me out, and after half a bottle my skin looks brighter and more even. The SPF doesn't leave a white cast or sting my eyes either, which is great.
